Public Liability Insurance will protect the Insured against claims arising from Personal Injury and/or Property Damage occurring in connection with the Business as a Trade Show Exhibition Stand

Limit of Indemnity

$20,000,000 Public Liability only.

Territorial Limits

Commonwealth of Australia

The law of Australia shall govern this Policy and the parties agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of competent courts in the Commonwealth of Australia with respect of any dispute or difference arising.

Excess

$500 each and every claim costs exclusive.

Conditions

As per Section 8 of the policy wording.

  3. Recall, Repair or Replacement of Products
  4. Aviation and Aerospace Products
  5. Exports to USA & Canada
  6. War and Similar Risks
  7. Radioactive Contamination
  8. Contractual Liability
  9. Pollution or Contamination
  10. Advice for a Fee
  11. Total Asbestos Exclusion
  12. Cyber Liability Exclusion
