How did it all begin?
Stuck in a go nowhere job and decided to do something for myself. Have always been a foodie. Made nougat as Christmas gifts and started from there, the first creation being our popular Raspberry & White Chocolate Nougat. Developed a range of non traditional nougat flavours and have now expanded into Meringue Kisses. Plans for more products on the horizon.
What do you like most about being a stallholder?
Getting to catch up with other foodie stallholders, the public and the community..
What do you like least about being a stallholder?
The pack up at the end of the day and the rain!!.
Where do you see yourself in 5 years time?
Creating more yummy goodies to expand our range. I am forever thinking up new flavour combinations and seeing if they work. There are lot on my to do list.
What one piece of advice would you give to a new stallholder?
Always have happy face on regardless of how you feel or your attitude. Plan ahead with the set up of your stall, do a practice run at home to see if it looks good.
