Four years |

Framed 3D paper art |

Any of the tree designs … trees of life, heart trees and butterfly trees |
What markets do you trade at? |
The Old Bus Depot Markets in Kingston mostly plus a few others |
How did it all begin? |
I wanted to make something with paper butterflies for one of my daughters who is a fan of butterflies. And then it just grew … and grew! |
What do you like most about being a stallholder? |
It’s nice to be out and seen by people, meeting the many visitors to Canberra, especially during Floriade. We’ve made many friends with the other stallholders, too. Such lovely people … 🙂 |
What do you like least about being a stallholder? |
The early starts and the cold, Canberra winter!! |
Where do you see yourself in 5 years time? |
Not too sure. I don’t think my repeat customers will ever let me retire! |
What one piece of advice would you give to a new stallholder? |
Don’t panic if it doesn’t go well the first or second time having a stall. Sometimes people need to know you attend regularly and will remember you and come back when they’re ready to make a purchase. So give it a bit of time. |
