Marlie’s Natural Care |
How long have you been trading? |
2 years |

All about equal |
What markets do you trade at? |
Market on Main, Cowes. Rhyll. Wonthaggi |
How did it all begin? |
I have always been creative and love making gifts for family and friends. I have a science background, working as a laboratory technician for the past 30+ years so it seemed natural for me to combine my professional and creative sides to become a soap and balm maker. |
What do you like most about being a stallholder? |
Meeting people (both customers and fellow marketeers). I love sharing my passion for natural hand made, hand sewn, hand grown products with like minded people. |
What do you like least about being a stallholder? |
Not much, even when we are experiencing a ‘slow market’ I find networking with fellow marketeers rewording. |
Where do you see yourself in 5 years time? |
Retired from my real job as a lab tech and doing a few markets a month to supplement my superannuation.. |
What one piece of advice would you give to a new stallholder? |
Don’t put too much pressure on yourself & enjoy the experience. You’ll make some fabulous new friends and make a few bucks if your lucky! |
