How did it all begin? |
My FIrst Daughter was a severe Chewer *still is at age 4* and I never had anything for it. When I had My second I decided I needed to prepare so I went looking and Found these Necklaces were becoming so popular, I shopped around,Found a Supplier and started selling at playgroups. I then started making my own Dummy Clips and Necklaces in November and have just started making Personalized/named Products in January. |
What do you like most about being a stallholder? |
The freedom to go where I like, Make my own decisions and choices. I love that I get to meet New faces and talk to many other Stall holders. Its a Little Community and we all bond over our love of craft and markets |
What do you like least about being a stallholder? |
Sometimes the weather kills the day but we all push on regardless. |
Where do you see yourself in 5 years time? |
I hope to be stocked in as many retail establishments as possible. I like to reach for the stars. |
Any funny stories to share about your time as a stallholder? |
I am still fairly new so except for the Gala Day Market recently where we all pretty much got blown out to sea and I was rescued by a big car blocking the wind (this was not funny at the time) |
What one piece of advice would you give to a new stallholder? |
Be prepared for any circumstances and you should be ok. Dont be disheartened by a bad day…its all advertising for the next event. |
