We\u2019ll help connect you with the right team and support you through the process.\r\n  <\/p>\r\n\r\n  <h2 style=\"font-size: 1.3em; font-weight: 600; color: #3D4667;\">\r\n    How financial hardship support works\r\n  <\/h2>\r\n\r\n  <p>\r\n    If you pay your insurance via premium funding, Arteva Funding is responsible for assessing and managing financial hardship requests.\r\n  <\/p>\r\n\r\n  <ul>\r\n    <li>reviewing your repayment arrangement<\/li>\r\n    <li>agreeing to a more manageable payment plan<\/li>\r\n    <li>considering temporary or longer-term financial hardship<\/li>\r\n  <\/ul>\r\n\r\n  <h2 style=\"font-size: 1.3em; font-weight: 600; color: #3D4667;\">\r\n    How to request financial hardship support\r\n  <\/h2>\r\n\r\n  <ol>\r\n    <li><strong>Contact AUZi and let us know<\/strong><\/li>\r\n    <li><strong>Submit a hardship application to Arteva Funding<\/strong><\/li>\r\n  <\/ol>\r\n\r\n  <p>\r\n    Arteva will ask you to provide details of your financial situation, the reason for your hardship, and supporting documentation.
