Whether you\u2019re a hip cake extraordinaire trying to shake it up a little, a gift enthusiast, or you\u2019re just seeking some new goodies to sell at your stall \u2013 these recipes in a jar are enough to tantalise anyone\u2019s tastebuds.<\/p>

All your customer will have to do is simply empty the jar, add the wet ingredients and wallah! They\u2019ll have themselves some gourmet sweeties in their very own kitchen!<\/p>

You will need some mason jars, or cookie jars around the 1Litre mark, and whatever craft you prefer to dress your little beauties up in.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

A simple piece of twine or ribbon around the rim of the jar can make for eye-catching presentation. The possibilities are endless when it comes to vamping up your recipe in a jar. Feel free to even secure a small wooden spoon for your customers to use, but don\u2019t forget to include a little tag that includes the ingredients, what they will need to add, and the method.<\/p>

Tip: When layering your dry ingredients, be sure to place the most differing colours upon each other. Brown sugar on top of white flour will create a striking contrast compared to white sugar upon white flour. For recipes that have a small amount of ingredients, you can split each ingredient in to different layers so that there is still that contrast in colour.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

What you will need:
\u2022 3\/4cup of self-raising flour
\u2022 1 cup of caster sugar
\u2022 100g cooking chocolate
\u2022 \u00bc cup cocoa

\u2022 3 eggs
\u2022 200g butter

In your jar layer the self-raising flour, followed by the caster sugar, cocoa, coffee, and finally cooking chocolate.
On the tag write the dry ingredients in the jar, what ingredients they will need, and the following instructions:
1. Pre heat oven to 160 degrees and grease your chosen cake pan.
2. Pour the cooking chocolate, coffee, and cocoa into a saucepan. Add the butter and the water. Heat while stirring until smooth. Set aside.
3. Using a spoon scoop out the sugar into a bowl. Add eggs and beat until light and creamy. Whisk in the chocolate mixture once luke warm.
4. Fold through the flour.
5. Pour into your greased pan and bake for 55 minutes. Once cooled, ice as preferred.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

\u2022 1\/3 cup of white sugar
\u2022 1\/3 cup of brown sugar
\u2022 1 \u00bc cup of plain flour
\u2022 1 tsp baking soda
\u2022 Pinch of salt
\u2022 1\/3 cup of peanut butter<\/p>

What they will need:
\u2022 \u00bd tsp of vanilla essence
\u2022 125g unsalted butter<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

In your jar, layer the flour, followed by the salt, baking soda, brown sugar, white sugar and finally peanut butter.
On the tag write what ingredients are in the jar, what ingredients they will need, and the following instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees and grease your baking trays.
2. In a bowl add the butter, vanilla, peanut butter, white sugar and brown sugar.
3. Beat until light and fluffy.
4. Fold in the rest of the dry ingredients.
5. Roll heaped teaspoons into balls and place on your greased tray.
6. Press with a fork and bake for 10 minutes or until slightly brown<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

\u2022 \u00bd tsp of baking powder

\u2022 2\/3 cup brown sugar
\u2022 2\/3 cup white sugar
\u2022 100g of milk chocolate chips
\u2022 100g of white chocolate chips<\/p>

\u2022 3 eggs

2. Melt butter and whisk in eggs.
3. Pour in all jar contents and mix until well combined.
4. Pour into greased slice tin and bake for 25-30 minutes.

\u2022 2 cups of oats

\u2022 \u00bc cup of golden syrup (depending on how gooey you like it; you can add up to \u00bd a cup)<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

In your jar, layer the oats, followed by the brown sugar and finally the self-raising flour.
On the tag write what ingredients are in the jar, what ingredients they will need, and the following instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 160 degrees and grease your chosen slice tin.
2. Pour jar contents into a mixing bowl.
3. Melt butter and golden syrup together then pour into dry ingredients.
4. Mix well before pressing into your greased pan.
5. Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown \u2013 the slice should still be soft to touch; it will harden once cool.
6. Optional: Drizzle with your favourite chocolate \u2013 these babies are best served warm and gooey.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
