At AUZi, we are committed to making our services accessible and easy to use. If you need language assistance or support with hearing or speech-related communication, we can help arrange suitable services when needed.
Telephone Interpreter Services
If English is not your preferred language, we can arrange access to a professional telephone interpreter to assist during your interaction with us.
AUZi maintains access to interpreter services on a pay-as-you-go basis. This means we can engage an interpreter if and when required, without maintaining an ongoing service unless needed.

If you are deaf, hard of hearing, or have a speech communication difficulty, you can contact us through the National Relay Service (NRS).
